You want to combine your visit to the botanika with a delicious lunch? Take a break in the bright friendly rooms of the Bloom, and when the weather’s fine also on its spacious summer terrace. With a view over the extensive Rhododendron Park you can fortify yourself enjoyably here.

Our creative chef Sebastian Schneider conjures up delicious menus every day and an alternating midday lunch with regional ingredients – healthy and high quality. Alongside refined seasonal dishes you will also find culinary classics on the Bloom menu the whole year round: from fresh wild-herb salad to savoury tarte flambé, from cod with peas-mint-potato puree to Zurich ragout with regional veal. And with delicious pasta or baked apple rings our small guests are also best provided for.

Afternoon already? Bring your day to a close in the botanika with a piece of tart or cake with a coffee. We receive fresh deliveries of masterly pastries from the Bremer Schnoor confectionary daily.

The Bloom is open for you all year round from 11 a.m.!
